Our Story

We’re the Wagner family, and we raise Wagyu cattle on our family farm in the shadow of Virginia’s beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.

For generations, our family has believed good food starts with good stewardship. That means raising our cattle with care, giving them room to graze, and never taking shortcuts when it comes to quality.

Our cattle are raised without added hormones, and we only use antibiotics when absolutely necessary for the health of the animal. They are fed a natural diet of grass and hay, producing richly marbled beef with exceptional flavor and tenderness.

From our family farm to your family table, our goal is simple: provide honest, high-quality beef you can feel good about serving the people you love.
